Call Centre Manager / Temp to Perm Fluent German
We are currently recruiting for an immediately available temp to perm role, As one of several Customer Call Centre Managers you will report into the Head of Customer Service. You will be responsible for the resourcing of Customer Relations Agents, your staff•s performance for a high-growth Blue Chip based in the City. You will provide management support to a number of multilingual teams, with accountability for service delivery. You will be required to promote best practices, ensuring that KPI•s and SLA•s are delivered. Fluent in English and a second language (preferably German), you will have a successful track record of working as a Customer Service Manager, with an operational background and recent commercial experience. You•ll have experience in delivering best practice initiatives, a proven record in successfully managing a team in excess of 60 staff as well as experience in motivating and developing people to achieve results. In addition, you will have proven record of influencing key individuals and promoting change beyond your immediate sphere of influence.
