Centre Manager - South London - up to £36K depending on experience + bonus OTE £40K - 25 days holiday - life assurance

This well renowned training company is looking to recruit a Centre Manager to lead and manage a team maximising delivery of provision, provide quality learning to learners, whilst achieving all company targets including assessment and inspection.

The role
1) Ensure all targets regarding weeks delivered, progression, achievement and retention are met
2) Ensure all LSC and OFSTED related documentation is completed in line with contractual agreements and amendments are made accordingly
3) Maintain links with external organisations
4) Chair monthly staff
5) Support learners with Functional Skills, job search and attendance
6) Provide support to learners with social problems and learning difficulties
Candidate skills / qualifications
1) Ideally to hold leadership qualification but not essential
2) Must come from either a team leading / supervisory or management background with experience gained within a further education environment or similar
3) Some awareness of E2E programmes
