A highly successful food Gourmet company is looking to recruit a talented Chinese / Oriental food Chef . Despite the current economic -woes-, they are showing strong and sustained growth due, in no small part to their customer focus and high levels of operational capability and credibility. You should be able to produce large quantities, without any compromise of quality and work to the highest standards : while being cool under pressure!

Location: Middlesex - London
Salary: Excellent DOE
You must have the following
- 2-5 years experience in a similar role.
- Minimum of five years technical experience in an Chinese / Oriental food environment
- Previous experience of H&S standards and accreditation.
- Experience of training & Man Management of staff would be a distinct advantage.
- Creative
- Presentation
- Able to work on a rota basis
