Local Estate Agent in North London N14 are looking for someone to take calls from both their customers with vendor leads and vendors direct, in order to take payment and property details on their online software packages and to learn their legislation and methodology regarding compilation of home information packs.
You will be expected to have a good telephone manner, be customer care focused and be conversant with excel which is essential. All other packages that they run will be taught, but none are very difficult.
Candidates must be diligent and disciplined and ready to work as part of a team and unfazed by learning a new set of rules and regulations relevant to our industry.
Immediate start for the right person.
