HR Advisor - Bromsgrove

Our client, one of the UK•s leading providers in Cosmetic Surgery and Non Surgical Treatments, is looking for a HR Advisor to start immediately and cover a period of maternity for a period of 3-6 months. You will provide support and advice to 300 staff and managers at the Bromsgrove Office

You must be a HR professional with at least 3 years experience and CIPD qualified. You will be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and be capable of developing and implementing new HR processes and procedures by gaining senior buy in.
You will be a self starter who is able to work independently but also a good team player requiring minimal supervision and flexible enough to work on many differing tasks at one time.
You must also be efficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
