I am currently recruiting for a bright cheerful candidate to join a freindly charity in West London. You will have experience of managing payroll, either inhouse or outsourced, as well as being a strong Excel user to an advanced level. Your primariy responsibilities will be the management of all the charity's payroll, both inhouse and also with their outsourced payroll company. Additionally you will maintain the HR database in terms of managing the benefits process online, being the first point of contact for employees with queries regarding their benefits and reward schemes. You will work with the HR team, ensuring all starters and leavers are recorded correctly, streamlining the HR database systems to handle all aspects of attendance, sickness, holiday etc, issuing contracts of employment, and making sure all employees hold the correct documentation on file, and much more.
