We require a production supervisor for our client based in Lanarkshire. Working within the food industry you will act in a supervisory capacity for a delegated team of operators. As well as maintaining work and ensuring all targets and goals are achieved by the team, you will be expected to lead from the front and participate in the daily task.
As a person with experience of leading a team you will be able to walk straight into this role and work with a whole team of new staff working on a new product.
As this role involves working with food a degree of Health and Hygiene knowledge would be expected.
In return the company are offering a PERMANENT role, good basic salary (rising after only 8 weeks!) 28 days holiday per year and excellent training and development.
