A highly successful manufacturer of food goods across a substantial estate of categories is looking to recruit a talented Think skinned - Quality Manager. Despite the current economic -woes-, they are showing strong and sustained growth due, in no small part to their customer focus and high levels of operational capability and credibility.

Location: Middlesex : London Salary: Excellent - DOE
You will presently be responsible-.
For the development and operation of robust Quality Assurance, Laboratory and Technical processes and procedures in order to ensure the maintenance of hygiene & quality standards in accordance with current legislation, customer standards applicable to the site. Assist all departments to comply with Food Safety, Legislation and Quality Standards
You must have the following
- 2 : 5 years experience in a similar role. A thick skinned character in present management
- Degree or equivalent in food science, Microbiology or a relevant similar qualification or
- Minimum of five years technical experience in an FMCG-manufacturing environment
- Previous experience of BRC standards and accreditation.
- Experience of training production staff in hygiene and quality systems would be a distinct advantage.
- Should have an Intermediate Food Hygiene & HACCP Certificate
