Team Manager - Surrey

The Company:
This is a unique permanent full time healthcare opportunity. The role will involve managing a small team in the Reigate Area offering preventive health screenings for vascular diseases. You will be undertaking a variety of our tests and have direct contact with our participants. You will be in charge of smooth operations of the team as well as the screening events.
The Role:
Due to the nature of our business we are seeking candidates with strong nursing and people management background as well as with full clean driving licence. Excellent customer service and organisational skills as well as flexibility and time management are the key attributes to success as well.
A Team Manager is responsible for all performance metrics on their team. This includes but is not limited to financial, sales, clinical, customer service, staffing, and employee retention.

The Candidate:
-        Excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills
-        Clinical background preferred
-        Proven track record of both sales, leadership and employee management
-        Some P&L management a plus
-        Proactive and quality-focused
-        Adaptability to handle changing situations in a fast-paced setting : multitask
-        Detail-Orientated
-        Conflict Resolution
-        Background in a team environment
-        Computer proficiency - word, excel, outlook
-        Valid driver's license
-        Ability to travel overnights a minimum of 1-2 nights per week
-        Ability to work a different schedule virtually every day of the week
-        Willingness to work 6 days a week on designated weeks

Circa £22,000 per year
