*Select candidates for retail positions within a top London department store
*40 hours a week
*Temp contract - length dependent on demand and performance
*Monday to Friday - between 8am and 6pm (may vary)
*West End
*Start Monday 28th August

We are looking to recruit a temporary Candidate Interviewer to conduct telephone and video interviews for retail customer service, retail sales and operations positions within a luxury, Central London based Department Store, completing over 200 five to fifteen minute interviews each week.

Your role will involve working with your own candidate list and improving the quality of contact detail and information to benefit the overall team and project.

This contract role as Candidate Interviewer involves joining a small team in a busy office with working hours ranging between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.

You must be able to start on Monday 28th August, with no immediate holidays booked.

This outstanding Candidate Interviewer contract can offer you:

*9.00 per hour
*Paid annual leave

To succeed within this Candidate Interviewer contract, you will have the following:

*Experience of high volume outbound calling
*Recruitment experience - desired but not essential
*Commercial awareness - first-hand experience working with a leading luxury retailer
*Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
*Confidence using Microsoft packages: Excel, Outlook and Word
*Excellent communication skills and confidence when talking on the phone

Key accountabilities within this Candidate Interviewer contract opportunity include:

*Conducting video and telephone interviews: following a prescribed script, but also probing and requesting more detail where appropriate
*Recording data involving taking down an accurate account of the respondent's answers
*Updating spreadsheets with outcomes from applications, interviews and assessments
*Managing a schedule of interview appointments and providing clear communication to respondents
*Recognising suitable candidates for relevant positions and having the confidence to pass and fail candidates at telephone interview stage
*Ensuring the database is accurate and up-to-date with the latest information
