Chef de Partie, Cambridgeshire Gastro Pub, 18000pa +Tips

At Select Hospitality Cambridge we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Chef de Partie.
A busy award winning fine dining brasserie situated near cambridge,, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner 6 days a week.
The Role
Chef de Partie needed to join a team of talented chefs. The job involves preparing fresh ingredients and participating in service. My client needs someone with experience of cooking from scratch in a busy environment, who cares about making delicious, seasonal food.

Experience and Skills required
*Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
*Training on HACCP & COSHH systems.
*Creative and passionate about food.
*Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Personal Characteristics
*Flexible as regards to shift patterns
*Responsible and trustworthy
*Creative
*Have the ability to work within a team
