Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to office and operations teams.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.

Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.

Assist with order processing, invoicing, and documentation.

Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure effective communication.

Support with reporting and data entry tasks.

Contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day office operations.
Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience in an office administration role.
*
Knowledge or experience within freight forwarding, warehouse, or fulfilment sectors (advantageous but not essential).

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to support across functions.
