Access Control / Intercom Engineer

Location: Lewisham, London
Start Date: Saturday 18th (tomorrow)
Duration: Saturday & Sunday (2 days)
Rate: £30 per hour (CIS) @ Time & Half
Hours: 8hrs paid

Role Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced Access Control / Intercom Engineer to join an ongoing commercial project in London. This role will involve the 2nd fix installation of access control and door entry systems, so previous experience with control panels, power supply packs and intercom systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities

2nd fix installation of access control systems.
*

Mount and install control units and power supply packs.
*

Connect access readers, door locks and exit/entry devices.
*

Install and wire intercom systems.
*

Ensure all installations are completed to a high standard.
*

Work safely and in accordance with site health & safety procedures.

Requirements

*

Proven experience installing access control and intercom systems.
*

Experience with control units and power supply packs.
*

Ability to install and connect readers, magnetic/electric locks, exit buttons and entry devices.
*

ECS/CSCS Card (preferred).
*

Own tools and PPE.
*

Previous experience on commercial projects.
