Data Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will collect, organize, and analyze data to help improve business decisions and overall performance. You will work closely with different departments to identify trends, create reports, and provide valuable insights.

Responsibilities

• Collect and interpret data from multiple sources
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
• Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy
• Work with management to support strategic decisions
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
