Desktop Support Engineer - Spanish Speaking

Advancing People Multilingual Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a Spanish speaking Desktop Support Engineer on behalf of a leading Spanish based IT Consultancy.

This role is on-site working for a client in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT support professional to join a corporate environment, providing hands-on technical support to users and working closely with Service Desk and specialist IT teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Provide on-site IT support, resolving incidents, service requests and user queries.
* Act as the first point of contact for users requiring hands-on technical assistance.
* Install, configure, replace and maintain computers, peripherals and workplace equipment.
* Provide support for laptops, desktops, docking stations, printers and other IT equipment.
* Support meeting rooms, video conferencing systems, audiovisual equipment and collaboration technology.
* Record and maintain accurate information on incidents and requests using the company's ITSM system.
* Carry out regular checks of meeting rooms and audiovisual equipment.

Person Specification:

* Fluent in Spanish
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service focus.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience diagnosing, prioritising and resolving IT incidents, with a focus on first-time resolution.
* Solid knowledge and experience with: Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook and SharePoint.
* Comfortable with Windows/user operating systems.
* Laptops, desktops, peripherals, printers and docking stations
* Wi-Fi, VPN and remote access.
* Experienced with ITSM and/or ticketing systems.

This is a full-time position offering an annual salary of £40,000 - £45,000 + excellent company benefits.
