Role Summary

An established specialist contractor within the metal roofing and façade sector is looking to recruit an experienced Façade Estimator to join their growing pre-construction team.

The company delivers specialist roofing, rainscreen cladding, SFS and façade packages across a range of commercial projects throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare detailed tenders for Tier 1 contractors and major construction clients
* Produce accurate take-offs and scope mark-ups using Bluebeam software
* Calculate labour, material and preliminary costs using estimating spreadsheets
* Populate bills of quantities and pricing schedules
* Review specifications, drawings and tender documentation
* Offer value engineering solutions where appropriate
* Attend client meetings and maintain strong client/supplier relationships
* Assist with handovers for secured projects

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Façade or Cladding Estimator
* Strong knowledge of multiple façade and rainscreen systems
* Experience working on commercial construction projects
* Good understanding of non-combustible cladding systems
* Proficient with Bluebeam, Excel, Word and Outlook
* Strong communication and organisational skills
