Due to continued expansion an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities Manager to become an integral part of our Client's team. Working across three sites the Facilities Manager's function is to provide reactive and proactive maintenance services. Responsibilities will include;
*COSHH and MSDS
*IT/ERP support using specialist contractors
*Compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental requirements including HVAC, LOLER, Leionella, LEV, etc.
*Managing contractors on site
The right Facilities Manager candidate will possess;
*Experience as a Facilities Manager
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*A background working within a production/manufacturing environment would be advantageous
*The desire and ability to contribute to the team
*Good verbal & written communication skills
