Are you a commercially minded Product Marketing professional with a passion for technology, channel development, and bringing products to market?

Our client, a leading global technology business, is seeking a French speaking Product Marketing Manager – Hardware to drive the commercial success and growth of its document scanner portfolio across the EMEA region.

This is a highly visible role where you will work at the intersection of product marketing, portfolio management, sales enablement, and partner engagement. You'll help shape how innovative document capture solutions are positioned, sold, and adopted across multiple international markets.

Working closely with sales teams, distributors, resellers, technical specialists, and global stakeholders, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth while helping organisations improve productivity, workflow efficiency, and digital transformation.

The Package for the French Product Marketing Manager:

  • Basic salary of £70,000
  • £7,500 Car Allowance

What the French Product Marketing Manager Will Be Doing:

Product Marketing & Commercialisation

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across a portfolio of market-leading document capture solutions.
  • Create compelling product positioning and value propositions focused on customer outcomes rather than technical specifications.
  • Support product launches, commercial growth initiatives, and portfolio lifecycle management.
  • Drive adoption of hardware, software, services, accessories, and consumables.

 Sales Enablement

  • Equip sales teams and channel partners with impactful sales tools, presentations, messaging, and competitive positioning.
  • Develop customer-focused use cases that demonstrate measurable business benefits.
  • Support webinars, campaigns, product launches, and demand-generation activities.
  • Ensure partners can confidently position solutions against competitors.

Channel & Partner Development

  • Work closely with distributors, resellers, and strategic partners throughout EMEA.
  • Support partner recruitment, onboarding, training, and enablement programmes.
  • Strengthen channel coverage and help expand market reach.
  • Develop solution-led partner engagement strategies that drive long-term growth.

Commercial Performance & Strategy

  • Monitor revenue, profitability, product mix, market share, and forecasting performance.
  • Identify opportunities to increase hardware adoption and recurring revenue streams.
  • Support bundled solutions combining hardware, software, and services.
  • Contribute to lifecycle revenue programmes and customer engagement initiatives.

What Experience Does the French Product Marketing Manager Need?

Essential Experience

  • Product Marketing, Product Management, Technical Sales, or Commercial experience within hardware technology markets.
  • Experience within document capture, imaging, scanning technology, workflow automation, business process improvement, or a related sector.
  • Proven experience supporting product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales and partner ecosystems.
  • Ability to translate technical features into compelling business benefits and customer outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Essential Skills

  • Fluent English and French (written and spoken).
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability.
  • Confident communicator able to engage with both technical and commercial audiences.
  • Ability to work across international markets and matrix organisations.

Desirable

  • Additional European language skills.
  • Experience working across EMEA markets.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant product marketing, technology, or commercial certifications.
