MEP Planner (Ventilation / Ductwork Focus)

We are recruiting for an experienced MEP Planner to join a leading London-based ventilation and ductwork specialist contractor delivering complex commercial projects across the capital.

This is a key role supporting the planning and delivery of large-scale airside packages, ensuring detailed coordination, sequencing and programme control from pre-construction through to installation and handover.

The Role

Develop and manage detailed construction programmes focused on ventilation and ductwork installation

Sequence fabrication, delivery and site installation activities
*

Produce tender and live project programmes (Asta / MS Project / Primavera)
*

Coordinate closely with Project Managers, design teams and site supervisors
*

Monitor progress against programme and report to senior management
*

Identify delays and implement mitigation strategies
*

Support logistics planning for London-based projects
*

Attend internal and client progress meetings

What We're Looking For

*

Proven experience as an MEP or Mechanical Planner
*

Strong understanding of HVAC / ductwork installation sequencing
*

Experience working with specialist subcontractors or mechanical packages
*

Knowledge of commercial construction projects in London
*

Understanding of coordination with other trades (sprinklers, electrical, builderswork interfaces)
*

Proficiency in planning software (Asta preferred)
*

Strong communication and programme management skills
