Salary: £38,000 - £41,000 + Overtime + Benefits
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (½ hour lunch)

We are recruiting on behalf of a prestige, family-owned automotive dealer group with state-of-the-art facilities and a reputation for excellence. They are looking for a talented SMART Repair Technician to join their Portsmouth-area workshop team.

The Role

*Carry out accurate, high-quality preparation and repainting of vehicles
*Detect, diagnose, and report additional faults for repair
*Follow manufacturer and industry standards to ensure safety and compliance
*Use the latest paint mixing and drying equipment
*Record time, materials, and consumables accurately
*Maintain a tidy, hazard-free workspace
*Safeguard customer vehicles and ensure exceptional workmanship

About You

*Previous bodyshop / SMART repair experience
*Strong eye for detail and pride in your work
*Full UK Driving Licence
*Professional, team-focused, and organised
*IT literacy would be a bonus, but not essential
