Role Summary
A Warehouse Team Leader is required to oversee daily operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment in Hayes.
You will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring productivity targets are met, and maintaining high standards across accuracy, efficiency, and health & safety. The role involves hands-on leadership, performance management, and continuous improvement of warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise warehouse operations including picking, packing, goods-in and dispatch
* Lead and manage a team of warehouse operatives
* Allocate and prioritise workloads to maximise productivity
* Monitor performance and resolve operational issues
* Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time
* Maintain compliance with SOPs and quality standards
* Train and develop team members
* Oversee stock control, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
* Identify and implement process improvements
* Maintain health & safety compliance across the warehouse
* Ensure a clean and organised working environment
* Produce KPI reports on productivity and performance
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader or Supervisor
* Strong understanding of warehouse operations
* Experience managing teams in fast-paced environments
* Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines
