Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Duct Supervisor to oversee ductwork installations on a key project in Wimbledon. This role requires a proactive individual capable of leading teams and ensuring high standards of work.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate ductwork installation teams on-site
* Ensure all work adheres to project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
* Liaise effectively with site management, other trades, and project stakeholders
* Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and team hours
* Implement and enforce health and safety protocols across all ductwork activities
* Provide technical guidance and support to the installation team

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Duct Supervisor or similar supervisory role
* Valid CSCS Card is essential
* Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification is essential
* Strong understanding of ductwork installation methods and relevant regulations
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
