Role Summary

An established ductwork contractor is looking to appoint a Ductwork Project Manager to support continued business growth. This is a site-focused role overseeing commercial ductwork projects, typically valued at £1m+, managing delivery teams that work exclusively for the business.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of ductwork packages from site mobilisation through to final handover, ensuring programme, quality, and commercial targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

Manage ductwork projects from pre-start through to completion
*

Oversee commercial projects with ductwork values typically £1m+
*

Coordinate site labour teams who work solely for the business
*

Plan and manage programmes, site logistics, and installation sequencing
*

Liaise with main contractors, site managers, and other trades
*

Ensure all works are delivered safely and in line with H&S standards
*

Monitor progress, labour output, and material deliveries
*

Attend site meetings and report progress internally
*

Manage variations, snagging, and final handover

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Ductwork Project Manager or similar role
*

Strong background delivering commercial ductwork projects
*

Experience managing direct labour (not transient subbies)
*

Strong site presence and hands-on approach to delivery
*

Good understanding of ductwork installation methods and sequencing
*

Able to manage multiple workstreams and site priorities
