Location: Oxford (with projects in London as required)
Salary: £60,000-£65,000 + Package

Role Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established contractor specialising in ductwork and HVAC installations, for an experienced Ductwork Construction Manager.

Based out of Oxford, this role will oversee the on-site delivery of ductwork packages across commercial and industrial projects, with flexibility to manage works in London when required.

This is a hands-on management role focused on programme delivery, site coordination, and ensuring high standards of installation, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the on-site delivery of ductwork installations from start to handover
*

Manage site teams, supervisors, subcontractors and labour allocation
*

Coordinate with project management and design teams to ensure smooth execution
*

Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and budget
*

Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and H&S compliance
*

Liaise directly with main contractors, consultants and client representatives
*

Manage material schedules and coordinate with procurement to avoid delays
*

Monitor progress and report on programme performance
*

Resolve site-based technical challenges efficiently

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Construction Manager, Site Manager or Senior Supervisor within ductwork / HVAC installation
*

Strong understanding of ductwork systems, site coordination and installation sequencing
*

Experience delivering commercial and industrial projects
*

Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades on site
*

Strong client-facing communication skills
*

SMSTS (essential)
*

CSCS (Management level preferred)
*

Good working knowledge of health & safety regulations
