Role Overview
An established and growing ventilation contractor is looking to appoint a Ventilation Project / Contracts Manager to take full ownership of multiple ventilation projects from pre-construction through to final handover.
This role suits a commercially aware Project or Contracts Manager with a strong ventilation background, capable of delivering projects with values of up to £1.5 million while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple ventilation projects from pre-construction through to completion
*
Take full responsibility for programme, cost control, quality, and delivery
*
Prepare and submit monthly payment applications
*
Maintain strong commercial control throughout the project lifecycle
*
Price variations and prepare detailed change control and substantiation
*
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
*
Monitor site progress, manage risk, and resolve technical or delivery issues
*
Ensure all works comply with health & safety requirements and industry standards
Required Experience & Skills
*
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Ventilation Project / Contracts Manager role or similar
*
At least 2 years' office-based / management experience (off the tools)
*
Proven track record delivering ventilation projects up to £1.5m
*
Strong commercial and contractual awareness
*
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
*
Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
Desirable (Advantageous)
*
Ventilation design experience
*
Ventilation estimating experience (Ensign software beneficial)
*
Strong technical understanding of ventilation systems and installation methods
