Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman for a non-working role in Bermondsey - this is an AC Project. This position involves critical liaison between the site management team and the workforce, ensuring smooth project operations and adherence to safety standards. You will manage a small team, overseeing their daily activities and promoting a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct daily Health & Safety briefings and ensure compliance with site regulations
* Act as the primary point of contact between site management and the HVAC team
* Manage and supervise a small team of HVAC engineers and technicians
* Coordinate daily tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines
* Monitor work progress and quality, ensuring standards are consistently met
* Identify and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly
* Report regularly on team performance and project status to site management
* Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification

Requirements

* Proven experience as an HVAC Foreman or similar supervisory role
* Hold a valid CSCS card
* Possess an SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) qualification
* Strong understanding of HVAC systems and installations (Ideally AC)
